Time Warner Cable is selling 80,000 subscribers to Windjammer Communications for a nice loss of $45 million. At least they get a fat tax write-off, right?

What do you do when you’re on hold with the damn cable company for too long? If you’re a bigshot with the city of Los Angeles, then you sue the shit out of them. In a move that more cities should copy, Los Angeles has filed suit against the company because of its piss-poor service, and incredibly long hold times.
