Affiliated Computer Services, a consulting firm that helps other companies to ship jobs overseas, will be laying off 300 of its own by September 19th. Read the fine print here.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, cellphone repair company CWork Wireless will be zapping 450 jobs when it closes a Fort Worth call center. CWork is a subsidiary of Affiliated Computer Services, which rotates very large pictures of old people on its homepage.
