Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, the company that makes the male enhancement pill Enzyte, has filed for bankruptcy. This comes just a month after a federal judge ordered Berkeley’s founder, Steve Warshak, to 25 years in federal prison as well as fining Berkeley and him personally $500 million.
